This must be the best opportunity to launch a new avenue to cultivate my creative juices and the place to record my new journey. Only by leaving the past behind, one will discover the way forward. 2011 had been a trying year but there were of course, good times as well. I must say, I've grown wiser after starting a new phase in life. Trying and struggling to find a place in society, got slapped real hard by how harsh the corporate world is. Before that, fought a tough battle with FYP which left me all wounded and sad.
But life's not all that sad of course. Participating in Chingay 2011 was probably the highlight of my life as an undergrad. I met fun-loving friends who shared the same interests and made people who were working hard to chase their dreams. Passing TOPIK with flying colours and went to KOREA with one of my favourite people.
01012012. I am sitting here in the comfort of my living room and thinking about my resolutions for the new year. Determined to strike everything off the list by the end of 2012.
- Pass TOPIK L4 in Sept
- Pass JLPT N2 in Dec
- Be a decent dancer
- Save more $$
- Go for less concerts and showcases
- Learn to love my family and friends more
- Work harder and learn as much as possible
- Complain less
- Give back more to Society
- Exercise more and eat less
- Find an avenue to make use of my Jap and Kor language skills. (to level up)
- Live a more meaningful life
- and of course .... do wonders with this blog!
